Kroma case study

Kroma is an OP Stack powered rollup offering a variety of changes to accommodate a decentralised validator set. As a result of this the mechanism for proving withdrawals from Kroma to Ethereum is slightly different than on standard OP stack chains.

We worked with Kroma and their engineers to handle this modification and allow withdrawals to be processed as usual.
